The challenge

An existing multi-bay intake facility requires a mobile lifting system capable of serving multiple stop-gate and trash-rack positions from a single traveling platform. The equipment must fit the existing structure, work within established access and operating constraints, and integrate a crane-based lifting system with purpose-built travel functionality.

Hydraulic Power Unit Replacement

A replacement power unit with capacity for future rack-raking equipment upgrades.

Work details

Existing rack-raking equipment.

Completed at the same facility as the boom rehabilitation, the replacement power unit expanded the owner's options for future upgrades, such as an oscillating rake head. The oscillating head is a future option, not part of the completed work shown.
